The Happy Hearts Rodeo for Exceptional Children originated in the early 1980s when the wife of a PRCA cowboy envisioned providing exceptional children with a firsthand rodeo experience. With the support of the PRCA, this idea became a reality, and Prescott Frontier Days®, Inc. has proudly participated every year since. All rodeo events are adapted and held at ground level to ensure each participant can take part. All participants are treated to a cowboy dinner and the kickoff rodeo performance. COVID-19 Safety Measures
Due to ongoing concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, rodeo general manager J.C. Trujillo has made the decision to limit ticket sales. Seating capacity will be reduced to 25 percent, with the grandstand divided into reserved sections to facilitate social distancing.
