Build the hour before the first ride.
Treat 5:45 p.m. as the show time—not the arrival time. This sequence keeps entry, entertainment and the opening ceremony in the right order.
Transportation: complimentary NFR Express pickups are scheduled from 4 p.m. at participating hotels, with return service until 9:45 p.m. There is no shuttle service during the rodeo itself, approximately 6–8:15 p.m.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Four checks that prevent arena-night problems.
Save these details before you leave the hotel, especially if the entire group shares tickets or transport.
Put the ticket in your wallet.
Mobile tickets are required for digital entry. Screenshots and printed copies of mobile tickets are not accepted. Charge your phone before departure.
Pack for the security line.
A clear-bag policy and walk-through metal detectors apply at all ten performances. Keep belongings minimal and review the current arena policy.
Choose one route early.
NFR Express is the preferred option from sponsor hotels. On-site parking is limited and listed at $30 per vehicle, per performance; rideshare uses the Scarlet Lot.
Know the house rules.
The Thomas & Mack Center campus is non-smoking. Leave time for traffic, security, ticket checks and finding your section.
